How much does a personal training session cost?
We do not regularly run single sessions, but our grouped sessions provide you with an idea of our pricing structure. 6 sessions with a member of the Personal Trainers Direct Team cost £43 each (Total £258) and 12 sessions is a reduced £40 per session (Total £480). Sessions with Ian Cassleton are charged at £50, 12 sessions are minimum.
How far will our trainers travel?
Our personal trainers mainly cover Kent and the South East. Please view our Contact Us page for information on the area we cover. If you live just outside the areas covered then please do not hesitate to contact us as we may be able to help you with a Personal Trainer!
Can I workout with a friend and can does this effect the price?
We enjoy training couples and friends in joint sessions. To workout as a pair, the trainers hourly rate is increased by £10. 12 Sessions with one of our trainers become £50 each, sessions with Ian are charged at £60. Split this cost and it's a great option for fitness and fun.
How many sessions should I book each week to see fast results?
Here at Personal Trainers Direct we recommend at least 2 sessions each week. We may be stating the obvious, but the greater number of sessions you book, the faster the results will be seen. If you are looking to make life changing improvements, we will build sessions up week on week. For example Week 1 (2 sessions) Week 2 (3 sessions) Week 4 (4 sessions).
